The phone was going to be repaired. I came to find out more about their services and work. I read the phrase "Repair and exchange of smartphones", I ask the guys, what does "smartphone exchange" mean for them, what is exchanged? )) They answer me: - Nothing! This is the kind of lure we have! Well, that's a promising start. My subsequent questions were answered in the same spirit, not willingly, as if they were doing me a favor. It immediately became clear that the guys had no idea what communication with a client was. In general, I decided to give the phone to another workshop for repair, where they know what respectful communication is.

The worst service I've ever had to give my phone for repair. I brought their phone to the service for a preliminary consultation, the guy called me back a day later and said that the problem was in memory, offered several options, one of which could save data, which was fundamental for me. Said: "No problem, we'll do everything, it won't take long, we'll call when we're ready." A week later, I approached them and asked when the phone would be ready. I was told that this is a creative work, it is impossible to predict, the master is working. At the same time, the guy who communicates with clients behaved as if I should do him some kind of favor. Two weeks later, the situation repeated itself, the attitude did not become more polite. It all happened again a month later. Then I was told that the master who handled my phone had gone on sick leave. As a result, this whole epic lasted 3 months. When I couldn't stand it and came up again myself, they say the phone is ready, come with the certificate, take it away (it's unclear how long it was there, because no one called me). When I returned to pick up the phone, they said that there was no need to pay, because they did not undertake such work. Besides, they gave me a phone with a different case, because mine was lost. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, you will spend a lot of time and nerves.

Mmm, I went there to fix my phone, at first my home button doesn't vibrate, but the fingerprint and its function are all working, and after a couple of hours of waiting, they told me that my home button is completely broken and cannot be fixed and tells me that I need to pay to replace a new one, this one it never happened, the guys always fixed it and said that the lack of vibration is not a problem to fix, at first my main goal was just not to lose the functionality of the Home button, now I have learned my lesson, these guys working in this place cannot be trusted, they either screwed up because of their unprofessionalism or they did it on purpose, so you need to pay them more
