I want to share my impressions of visiting this wonderful salon! The staff and the receptionist were incredibly polite and pleasant. I came to wash and dry my hair after the massage, and they performed the procedure just perfectly. I almost fell asleep with pleasure! 😂 After the procedure, my hair became shiny and smooth, and the cosmetics that were used had an amazing fragrance. I especially want to express my gratitude for one situation that really touched me: I accidentally dropped money from my bag, and the administrator immediately called me to return it. This indicates a high level of customer care! ❤️🙏 I recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for quality services and a friendly atmosphere!

Guys, I'm shocked))) I visited this salon today. A girl named Lena with black hair and pigtails looked so unhappy and resentful of the whole world that I immediately suspected something was wrong. In short, they were fooled almost like in the army.... Tomorrow is a serious meeting, in short, a good one) I'm not a conflicted person, but I couldn't help myself. The words of the hostess were finished off in general- you know what a shortage of workers there is in the market. This is probably a new excuse, it was once fashionable to say that there is a crisis in the country. I do not advise you to get to this young beauty)

Never set foot there again. Even if I get paid. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I really wanted to trim the tips (straight cut, hair below shoulder blades). At the salon, where we go as a family, everything was scheduled for a week in advance. Therefore, it was decided to drive through the hairdressers of the district in search of a free master. Now I understand why there was no one in this barbershop except a single grandmother who dyed her hair. I was given to a novice. It was obvious right away. And to my direct question during the haircut, how long has she been working, the girl answered since April. Well, God be with him. We all started and learned from something. And the hair-not the teeth-will grow back. Although it felt like standing on my feet the whole haircut process, my hair supposedly couldn't be cut straight in an armchair. Fortunately, the process took at most five minutes. We dried our hair while sitting in an armchair. No complaints about the girl. Big questions for the administrator. When asked how much I charged, she told me 25p. But they supposedly have some kind of promotion and there will be a 15% discount. Well ok. The cash was just 15. But I always leave tips. That's why I gave the receptionist 10p for a tip for the girl, and asked her to withdraw money from the card for a haircut. The administrator entered the amount of 23 rubles on the terminal for the second time. I saw it. But she didn't say anything. I was wondering what would happen next. I look at her. She gives me a check for 23 rubles without batting an eye. A cool promotion with a time limit of one minute. I didn't swear on a holiday. Moreover, the price did not matter: even 15, even 25, even 30. But why talk about a stock and name one amount, and withdraw another as a result? I hope that the receptionist at least gave the girl her 10 rubles tip. Advice to those who venture here, check how much you are charged when paying with a card.
