We went on vacation from this company , a company of 5 people told us that we would arrive and leave in one train, we arrived alone (okay) upon check-in at the hotel they said that there would be no deposits, but something went wrong for $ 100 per room, not a lot of money, but still, then the question of eviction was asked, when the flight took off, which we were told on 26 in the evening, come to the reception, fortunately our guide in Thailand wrote to us that the flight took off on 26 in the morning, after which we did not fly with the whole train, 1 person stayed in Thailand, the transfer arrived 20 minutes late

Good time of day. We've been hired several times through this company. The last time, in January 2025, we purchased a tour to Thailand. They didn't give reliable information about the hotel, then they got the departure date mixed up. Because of this, we didn't have time to do and buy a lot of things. The sediment was not very good.
