I say a huge thank you to VAG service and personally to the head of the bodywork department, Arthur, master Nikita and master receptionist Roman. For almost two years we have been servicing our car in this service, and these professionals did their job perfectly and, what is very important to me, they know how to communicate. Accustomed to the sullen, laconic car service specialists, I was very happy to talk to the VAG Service staff. They willingly answered any questions, explained everything several times. And it's all on smiles. Arthur, Roman, Nikita, thank you! During the repair, Arthur sent a video showing the repair process, explaining why a particular decision was made, coordinating important repair steps. It's worth a lot. In just two years, we managed to solve many deep-seated problems of the car. I am very happy.

Thanks to the guys for the high-quality and prompt repair of the Tuareg!
On the way from Batumi to Tbilisi, the starter wire was shorted, which rubbed the automatic transmission tubes.
We took a professional approach to the repair, were constantly in touch and sent photo reports on the work done.
Special thanks to Kirill and Ilya! The guys were working on the car until one o'clock in the morning. Thanks to them, we were able to pick up the car the next day.
It's good that there is such a car service in Tbilisi!

Комфортное и конструктивное общение, профессиональный опыт и дилерское оборудование VAG и Porsche - найти все это в одном месте в Тбилиси было очень неожиданно и приятно.
Приезжал сюда несколько раз, по работам различной сложности - от замены масла и профилактики тормозной системы, до установки ремкомплекта мехатроника на PDK / DL 501.
Все было сделано быстро и исключительно качественно.
Есть возможность приехать со своими комплектующими / расходниками либо заказать / купить на месте.
Очень приятно что такие люди и компании есть в Тбилиси.
Чувствуешь себя гораздо спокойнее и увереннее относительно автомобиля

Amarok 2013 Arrived at the service, I had a computer and visual diagnosis. In the end, everything worked out. The owner of the service even took a ride to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent car service. Competent specialists are working. The guys speak Russian. And it doesn't bother them. They have a queue of local customers.
They diagnosed my car in three days, found spare parts, and changed the rear suspension.
I recommend it!

Excellent service, computer diagnostics were done, everything was explained in detail about the car, errors were printed out and recommendations were made in the order. The specialists are Russian. They took a fee even less than they discussed over the phone.

It is a pity that Yandex does not allow you to leave a review without evaluation. Therefore, I had to put 3 stars.
The review is a warning.
The prices of the guys are very high. Not that it's not Minsk. Not even Moscow ones. Therefore, be warned. If I hadn't passed by, it would have been a shame to waste the time traveling from Rustavi. The price of work for replacing the cylinder head gasket was announced in such a way that it is scary to think how much they would count for the gasket itself, oil caps, oil seal and more.
It would be cheaper to buy a motor on Isani already.
Either the guys have a large staff that needs to be fed, or they don't have a job.
It's a pity that we couldn't evaluate the service.
But for the future, to the guys from the reception: to call such a sum for such work to the person who stood in front of you with a VW bike, a VW cap and a VW Caddy mk I on a T-shirt, it means not to understand the owners of VW very much.
But once again, I sincerely regret that it was not possible to cooperate.

They make good diagnostics. They are careful in their work, pleasant in communication. The service itself also looks neat. They pick up spare parts with delivery, oils / liquids are available. It is more expensive than in private garages, but quality and accuracy are more important to me

Данное место является «глотком воздуха» для владельцев VAG на территории всей Грузии. Опытные специалисты, подход, оперативность, качество работ… да и люди в целом, вы супер! Исправили творчество местных «дилеров» и привели в порядок системы. При диагностике установили с первого раза причину и произвели ремонт только с необходимыми деталями. Благодарю вас! Ценю ваш труд! Хорошее место где, можно смело проводить ремонт своего авто! Ребята все славяне, подход внимательный и доброжелательный. Стенд сход-развала вообще супер современный. Цены вполне приемлемы. В общем рекомендую точно!

Thanks a lot to the guys. They broke down on the way. The official Skoda dealer could not help us, but a malfunction was quickly identified here - the ignition coil broke through and the cap cracked, it was promptly changed in the service. We were able to continue our journey 👍

Приехал в солнечную Грузию на автомобиле и случилась неприятность, потек передний сальник. Начал искать сервис, как обычно с обзванивая официалов, но там или вообще не отвечают или
"трудности перевода"). Кода звонил в этот сервис надежда уже почти иссякла, но как было приятно, что на звонок сражу же ответили и в итоге решили мою проблему. Вывод: Хороший сервис. Отличное отношение к клиенту, вменяемая стоимость работ и запчастей (VAG в Грузии не очень распространен)

Good service, at the dealer level. Prices are on par with quality. There is a body shop. There is only no tire fitting and washing. Spare parts are also carried.

Один из лучших сервисов VAG, если не самый лучший в Грузии. Единственные кто может сделать качественную диагностику и устранить проблемы, даже те с которыми официальный сервис AUDI не справляется. Всем рекомендую.

Хороший сервис. Внимательно изучили и решили мою проблему. Есть стенд сход-развала. Я так понял, они ещё занимаются ремонтом двигателей и дсг.
