I gave it 1 star for being extremely disrespectful to customers. I called, found out by phone, and they told me where to pick it up. The next day, I called back in the morning, explained that they were coming for this item now, asked my friends who were going to Vitebsk to pick up the part, they specially came from the center to D. Degtyarevka, and they are brazenly told that this part was sold yesterday.
