Be careful with the ATMs of this bank, the ATM issued an error to me, returned the card, but did not issue cash, but the money was debited from the card. The trial process with Gazprombank (the bank that issued my Union Pay card) took more than two months before the money was returned to me.

We came to open the card: at 10 a.m. we came, filled out the documents, said to come for the card after 14, came at 15 and have been waiting for 2 hours. The locals are accepted bypassing us. I do not recommend it - for a very long time.
