Our Company Printego ordered cargo transportation from IP Sromuk E.V. (they are also Valekaso), a full truck, on the route Germany – Minsk. The freight cost was agreed at 3,500 euros. In Warsaw, IP Sromuk E.V. had an unloading at a warehouse, the car was unloaded, and our company was billed for storage, unloading and simple trucks. At the same time, IP Sromuk E.V. requires full payment of 100% of the freight amount here and now (although the contract states payment within 10 banking days after delivery of the cargo), otherwise the cargo transportation will not be continued. In addition to everything, IP Sromuk E.V. demands to pay extra, allegedly additional costs that she incurred, which in her opinion amounted to an additional 1,820 euros. Thus, IP Sromuk E.V. extorts 5320.00 euros from our company and at the same time, all cargo will not be delivered to Minsk. Our Company had to transfer this amount in 100% amount, just to pick up our cargo. The amount received by IP Sromuk E.V. is actually as a result of an ultimatum from IP Sromuk E. V. We do not recommend contacting these “carriers” if you value your money, nerves and time.

Valekaso sends applications on behalf of IP Sromuk E.V. We worked with manager Felix. I'm not happy with working with them. The application does not contain all the information, which is why the quest was repeated at each loading point - find the one you need in a huge warehouse among 30 tenant firms. Then Felix added another loading point. In the application, there is an unloading at the SVH - Felix said that you need to take 40 km for unloading (80 km extra for a circle). When I said that I needed to pay extra, Felix was out of touch, they didn't want to pay extra. And of course, they still haven't paid (the delay in payment is already in its second month. They can't pay because the director will get sick (and no one else can pay), then something else. Apparently they are not going to pay. I'm preparing documents for the court.
