She ruined my eyebrows by making them thin threads, Master Lena. When I expressed my indignation, I was bullied. After that, I grew my eyebrows for 3 months and everyone laughed at me. And this is the result I expected from the "professional" masters?!I also visited Ekaterina, but she did not make an elementary form, just corrected it and took 30 hryvnia for it. But thanks for the fact that Lena didn't make the threads. The staff is rude to the customers here. I made an appointment by phone for eyebrow correction again, but when I arrived at the appointed time, they told me that there was no master and we made an appointment for tomorrow. I should have been notified by phone that the appointment had been postponed. Be prepared to wait about an hour until the master is free, if you have signed up for a certain time, come an hour and a half later, because the masters do not have time to serve 2-3 clients a day, and when do they drink coffee?? In general, I will never come to this salon again and I do not advise everyone else!
