Good afternoon. I hasten to share my enthusiastic review.We stayed in this guest house from June 7-19, 2025. Firstly: Valentina Alekseevna (the hostess of the house) is a beautiful, sweet, friendly woman, it is a pleasure to look at her and communicate, responds to any request, is very attentive and friendly to guests. I admired how she was able to do such a large amount of housework, territory, and at the same time always be in good shape and in STYLE!! Secondly: The layout is thought out to the smallest detail, the rooms are cozy and tasteful (I had a chance to see a few) We had the opportunity to choose, and of course we chose, in my opinion, the most beautiful room on the top floor in the style of Provence. The views from the window are amazing.. The room has a mountain view, with a balcony overlooking the sea. On each floor there is a shared kettle and refrigerator, chairs with tables, on the upper floor there is also a sofa and an armchair.You can cook in the shared kitchen, there is an electric stove, a microwave and all kitchen utensils. The territory is very beautiful, every detail is thought out, done with a soul. Thirdly: Everything is within walking distance, market, shops, beach, canteens, cafes. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center of Mount Athos, admiring the beauty of nature. There are a lot of different attractions there, a + Ferris wheel has appeared. You can go to the center every day and discover something new for the eyes))) In front of the train station, at the entrance to the beach, they sell delicious pizza (assorted), we enjoyed eating in the dining room by the sea. As always, the rest was excellent!!!! Thank you to Valentina Alekseevna for her hospitality, now you are the only one in Athos!!

We had a family vacation in August 2024. I liked everything. The hostess Valentina Alekseevna is an intelligent, beautiful woman, not intrusive, knows her worth. She looks strict, but when you communicate closely, you realize that the person is open and interesting. The hotel has thought out every detail. The rooms are clean, cozy, and stylish. Room cleaning, towel change, breakfast - a separate story. There is a twist to everything. There is a smoking area, a barbecue area. My son cooked shish kebab a couple of times, used local seasonings. It turned out very tasty and much cheaper than in cafes

This is not the first time we have rested, we like the hospitality, convenient location from the sea, near the market, shops. The beach is clean. The last time we were in October was in the second half of the month of 2024, and the weather was rainy for several days. The room where we stayed was warm and comfortable because the floors were heated. Even though the weather was cloudy, the sea was warm, and we swam. I advise everyone. We plan to go there more than once. Valentine, good health and continued prosperity.
