Eyebrows and face will always be well-groomed and neat! Make-up for any event - go only to her! You can always get recommendations on care and cosmetics for problem skin. I especially liked the line (Juliette Armand). I would also like to thank Stella Moisevich for her magical hands! It can make a very stylish styling for any holiday, as well as keratin straightening (from this procedure, my hair became obedient and easier to style, because the hair is long and curly). My favorite salon, which I have been going to for 14 years for everything (manicure, pedicure, haircut, coloring, laser hair removal, eyebrows, grooming). There is a cozy warm atmosphere and an individual approach to each client. The administrators are attentive, friendly, and very customer-oriented. The masters are on top! Nail master Natalia Alshevskaya is the goddess of manicure and pedicure. The reception not only qualitatively "makes nails" and puts the feet in order, but also in some amazing way feels what the client needs. Hairdressers and cosmetologists are excellent professionals. I am a client who is sometimes moody and demanding, but I always leave with a great result and a great mood. And I rest my soul in this salon. I want to say a huge thank you to the whole team! I went for eyebrow correction and coloring. The first shock was that I was put on a cosmetology chair. Then they left me with the paint for 15 minutes and left, and immediately took everything off, without thinking about the corners. Next, they began to wax the overgrown hairs, touching the extended eyelashes, and leaving the wax on them after. What finished me off was that they started cutting my eyebrows. I returned home with Brezhnev's wide eyebrows, and immediately began to wash them. I do not advise you to come here for this procedure, they work as if they do not know how to do it at all, and the cost is set as for unlearned masters.

They don't know how to work with clients. My husband and I stopped by to consult with a hairdresser about my haircut and coloring. The receptionist told me to sit down and wait 15 minutes for the master to finish painting the client. We sat down and patiently waited for this time, and then asked the administrator to clarify with the master how much time we still have to wait and when the master will give us a couple of minutes. The receptionist approached the master and asked how much time she still had to paint and when she would give us time. To which the master replied, looking with her haughty gaze at us standing and waiting in the corridor, that she did not know how much time she still needed, she was very busy. Although I watched her work and I could have given her a minute of time. I lost time, and they lost a client. We left without the information we needed, to another salon. And there the master got distracted and gave me a couple of minutes, also answered all my questions. We used to have doubts, but now we definitely don't set foot there.

While waiting in the hall while the child was being cut, she sat at a table on which there were booklets with information on services. Some are in files, some are laminated. I am attaching a photo. This is of course a big minus. You can make it presentable once and for a long time. And some different leaves are from the past. We went in and the receptionist talked for a long time, although she could distract herself and say wait a couple of minutes, minus. In the salon, employees periodically talked loudly and laughed, I read about it in other reviews. I confirm, it reminded me of a local diner. Probably the level of employees is appropriate. Minus. After the procedure, my hair turned into straw, all the ends became split, a ladder formed, the hair falls out at an incredible rate. As I was told, the smoothing technology was broken. The miracle master who ruined my hair is EKATERINA MISTEYKO! Avoid this salon.
