They don't focus on regular customers. Master Irina wrote down the date and time in pencil, said the administrator would come and make a schedule for the next month, but no one called until the expected date. I called three times myself, they said there was no schedule yet, yes, we'll call you back, we haven't called once. It's a pity for the master in this situation
