We were with a guide, the ticket includes a visit to 3 tombs, except the tomb of Tutankhamun. Transport takes you to the first tomb, you have to walk to the rest. We were on a hot day, the temperature was about 40 ° C , the toilet was paid for 3 people for $ 1 and only at the beginning of the valley. Be sure to bring water and hats with you. There are practically no places with shade in the valley, and where there is, there is already a crowd of people standing and hiding from the sun. It is very hot inside the tombs, read the BATHHOUSE, sweat flowed from everyone, it was very stuffy and there was nothing to breathe. In some tombs the descent is quite sharp and steep, in some it is more even. There are no steps as such, boards with slats. Inside the tomb, business is Egyptian - theoretically, it is impossible to enter the crypt, but for $ 1 it is possible. Unfortunately, back in 2015, they were not allowed to take pictures of absolutely nothing - they had to just leave all their phones, cameras and GoPro on the bus. At the entrance to the valley, they really checked all the pockets and bags so that no one would carry anything for the photo. It's a pity that I couldn't take any photos.

I love the valley of the kings, very beautiful tombs with amazing paintings. It is convenient that the distance from the ticket offices to the tombs can be driven by carts. There is a pleasant cafe with fresh fruits and snacks on site
