It was the type of flowers that I originally wanted that was not there, the girl on the phone advised me to take others, photos of which I was not even offered to send. Since I've never encountered such a thing, I agreed according to the description. But what was my surprise when, instead of a fresh bouquet, they delivered, to put it mildly, half-rotted and crumpled flowers. I could barely get through, they said they could replace the bouquet with another one, or refund the money. Since no one wanted any bouquet anymore, we decided to refund the funds, but as it turned out, I also had to at my own expense, spending not only my money, but also my time, please note, to send the delivered bouquet back. It turns out that both me and the girl were left not only in a bad mood, but also not in zero, but in the red, if we take money into account. Please take action.

The first delivery took place in January, there were difficulties with making a bouquet, misunderstandings and delivery at a completely wrong time. I had to call myself and ask when the bouquet would be delivered. The second time was on a public holiday. I understand everything, the courier is loaded, somewhere it does not have time, but you can warn about it. This time, no one answered the phone, so not only that, they also dropped it.
