We agreed to deliver the cargo from the warehouse on Sunday, they said that in our city delivery is usually in the morning, but they can not name a specific time. We specially drove from another city early in the morning so as not to keep people waiting for us. As a result, the operator calls around 11 and says that the delivery will be from 12 to 15, again we sit and wait. At 3:20 p.m., the driver calls and says he doesn't have a couch in his car. They started calling the operator and it turned out that the sofa was not loaded into the car at all! No one cares about our indignation and attempts to complain somewhere above. As a result, the delivery was postponed to another day, now we are sitting wondering whether it will arrive or not. Complete lack of responsibility and respect for customers.
