I ordered Anrex cabinets. The entire order did not arrive, but it was delivered after a while. They started to assemble it- it turned out that the wrong hinges were included. There are no separate hinges in the warehouse - it is supplied by the manufacturer. You need to write a complaint. During the assembly, it turned out that one of the facades did not fit either. And with all this, furniture boxes should not be thrown away until the complaint is considered. It's all my time, the furniture assemblers, the inconvenience of all family members- stepping over the ruins of "unfinished" furniture, the transportation costs of traveling first to get a box that was not delivered, then to write a complaint, then to receive the remaining non-conforming elements (hinges). Very low level of service and competence in solving issues.
