The hotel is great. The room was given a higher category (very large), as a compliment they brought a pot of herbal tea, a bottle of mineral water and raspberry jam. It was incredibly pleasant. The bed is comfortable, the Internet is fast. The breakfast is very dense and delicious. I ordered fish and a small salad for dinner, said I didn't feel well, I wouldn't eat much at night. They said the fish would cost 2,000. I arrive an hour later: the table is bursting with food: they brought pickles, cheeses, some pasta (it smelled rotten), several salads. I asked for compote, they brought me a liter at once. I ate only my fish and a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers. The bill was brought for everything in the amount of 8800, despite the fact that I did not touch anything and did not ask to take it out...

The owner immediately asked to cancel the booking at the booking office and took the payment personally, without documents. I wanted to move into a room of 19 square meters... for the same money that I booked for 25 square meters. I didn't understand where the rave reviews about the food came from, the fish tasted better on the public beach. The lula is good, the homemade wine is also excellent. In general, everything is fine. There were even toothbrushes and slippers in the bathroom. Breakfast is simple: eggs, sausages, cheese, jam, tea, bread, butter and vegetables, fruits. For a budget vacation. There are charming rose bushes, swings and bunnies on the territory. Special thanks for that! The nearest beach is 7-10 minutes by car.

If you are without a car, then there is nothing to do here-the hotel is on the highway, you need to take a taxi to the beach and attractions. The rooms are not new, but clean and tidy. There are towels, shampoo, soap in the room, but no hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, the shower is working, I don't watch TV, but there is one in the room. The most beautiful thing here is the people. The owner with the pirate name Sinbad is very hospitable!! Armenia is a country of the Soviets in a good sense of the word)) Don't hesitate to ask! Sinbad will not refuse you, will advise, explain, arrange a transfer, and if something goes wrong, he will take you himself. Therefore, if you are by car and you need to stay for a couple of nights, then the Van Sevan Hotel is the right place. If you need to relax in Sevan, then I would choose a hotel closer to the lake, but keep in mind that it will be more expensive.))
