When I was invited to look at the result, I was confused that it didn't look like the source code at all, but I didn't argue (I couldn't glue it back). It was only at home that I noticed that he had his hair crookedly crooked. My son is upset. I'll have to redo it in another salon, although I really want to force the crooked hairdresser to redo his work. Conclusion : think a hundred times before entrusting your hair to this salon.

On Wednesday, May 24, I did a coated manicure in vanilla. The master does everything neatly, beautifully, but sooo long - about three hours. On the phone, they announced to me the amount of ~ 35 rubles. As a result, with STRENGTHENING - 45 rubles. And this is a normal practice. It is abnormal that already on May 25, 2 nails were broken. Maybe because, in fact, only 1 was strengthened? It's scary to think how much longer my manicure would have lasted and cost if everything had been strengthened! And it would be possible to end there, but... After sitting for almost 3 hours in a windowless room, I came out with tired eyes. When paying for the service, I made a mistake, gave a bill of 100 rubles instead of 10 rubles, as well as 20, 10 and 5, believing that I was giving without change. She quickly discovered the loss and returned to the salon. The administrator began to convince me that everything was right, but no assistance was provided to me. Nobody checked the cash register in front of me. I don't know if there are cameras there, but no one turned to them (if there are) either. I was also refused to resolve the issue with the management of the salons! As a result, my manicure, which lasted exactly a day, cost me 135 rubles. Although no one gave me a check for 45 rubles!!

The masters are always new, I consider this a small disadvantage, because sometimes they come across, let's say, not the best specialists, they can do their job poorly. I also want to add a personal opinion about one situation: there was a rather boorish woman, she records clients and answers calls. It was unpleasant to hear the irritation in her voice, as if I was some kind of, excuse me, fool. There would be fewer such employees.
