In a nutshell: the house is located in a very unfortunate place, the house is neglected, dirty, the hostess is rude to the guests. Ruined vacation! The house is dirty, cobwebs hang from the ceiling, the kitchen is covered in grease (walls, stove), dishes are old and dirty. The toilet seat is broken. They asked us to replace it, the hostess suggested that we wrap it with tape ourselves. The promised hair dryer was waited for 3 days, the question was solved by the spouse of the hostess in 5 minutes. After asking the hostess about the cleaning time, they received a counter question: "have you agreed with the cleaner? " And then another one: "Do you trust her (the cleaner)? "Strange questions, because we don't know her and have never seen her. And cleaning is included in the price of the house. The rental price in our case also included the rental of a motorbike. However, Nadezhda forgot to warn her husband about this. The bike was still provided to us, but it was very dirty, old, with completely worn rubber. I had to wash it myself. Thank you that even though there was not much gasoline in the tank, it was enough to get to the gas station. The price also included a transfer from the airport, but Nadezhda informed us in advance that she was not sure if they would be able to meet us. I called her number from Bangkok for an hour, she didn't answer, and she didn't call back. We would have been able to find this house, but since the owners themselves are settling in (there is no reception), after a long flight we would have to wait for no one and no one knows how long. We were worried, but Igor came anyway. And one more thing: we agreed with Igor for a certain time of eviction. The taxi had already arrived, but he still wasn't there. I called, it turned out that he was still at home. Nadezhda, as a hostess, does not take care of the house at all, is rude to guests. To raise money — yes, she does it with pleasure. But she is not interested in doing something for the guests. By the way, the location of the house is extremely unfortunate. The nearest kupable sea is about 5 km away. There are no decent cafes within walking distance. A car or bike is needed.
