I did telerentgenography (cephalometry) at this clinic, and it was the most traumatic medical experience of my life. The doctor did not use any protective earplugs or soft pads. Metal rods were inserted directly into the ears, which caused severe pain. The doctor did not respond to my requests to stop or at least ease the pressure. Moreover, she continued to squeeze the device even harder, as if deliberately increasing the pain. The behavior was completely unacceptable — I felt like I was not a patient, but an object of bullying. After the procedure, my ears still hurt, I had a headache, and I can hear worse, although the procedure should be quick, safe, and painless. I still can't get over it. I believe that such treatment of patients is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that the clinic's management review the work of the staff and review the standards of procedures so that other patients do not experience this.
