Very cool studio! I live very far from the Builders, but I bring shoes here for repairs. They will advise you here, and they will do it with high quality, and I recommend even painting your shoes!!!

It's a disgusting place. The repair guy didn't take the job, he was rude, even though I talked to him politely. The repairs were minor, only a few lines were made, apparently unprofitable for him. I don't recommend it to anyone.
