We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the team of the real estate agency "Option" and personally to Olga Bolonkina and Andrey Bolonkin. We could not even imagine that such a difficult task: selling our old apartment and immediately moving into a new one, taking into account all our whims, could be solved in just 2 months. This is a real miracle of professionalism! Many thanks to Olga for the purity of the transaction. There were a lot of questions with the documents, but Olga took on absolutely all the paperwork. She checked the history of our apartment and future housing, drew up reliable contracts and, most importantly, protected us from risks. We felt like we were behind a stone wall with her. Andrey heard and remembered all our wishes. We didn't just buy an apartment — we found exactly what we wanted (area, layout, floor). He conducted the negotiations masterfully: our old apartment was sold at a better price, and we managed to buy a new one cheaper than the other owners. There was not a single empty screening, but only a clear route, an honest story about the cons and pros of each option. For 2 stressful months (usually it takes six months!) The "option" did the impossible. We saved a lot of nerves and time, received the keys and money without delay. I recommend it to everyone: if you want results, not empty promises, contact Olga and Andrey Bolonkin in the "Option"! Thank you for your patience and hard work.

I am contacting this agency and this team of employees for the second time in a quarter of a century, and for the second time I am not only satisfied with the result of their work, but also grateful for their professional approach and human attitude. The first time I sold an apartment and bought it with an additional payment, the second time I just sold it. In both cases, the transaction was executed promptly, efficiently, without the hassle that is difficult to avoid in such cases, calmly and efficiently.
