She checked the history of our apartment and future housing, drew up reliable contracts and, most importantly, protected us from risks. We felt like we were behind a stone wall with her. Andrey heard and remembered all our wishes. We didn't just buy an apartment — we found exactly what we wanted (area, layout, floor). He conducted the negotiations masterfully: our old apartment was sold at a better price, and we managed to buy a new one cheaper than the other owners. From the very beginning, we said that we were ready to purchase, but we only had to wait a week before receiving the certificates and applying for a loan. We kept her informed of all our actions. And today the decision on the loan came, but we still could not formalize it, since a preliminary agreement had already been made with new buyers who showed up only today (day to day). As the first to agree to the purchase, we were not even notified of such a drastic turnaround, although we knew perfectly well that approval of the loan should have taken 2-3 days (in fact, we managed the very next day). That is, the picture came out like this - I'm calling the agent today to inform him about the approval, but in fact she resets, calls back after 4 hours and informs him that they are selling it to other buyers. I can't say that the whole agency is like that, but I don't want anyone to work with this agent specifically.
