A pleasant place, the people are very quiet, they read books, the barista is calm and polite, the coffee is delicious, the pastries are wonderful, BUT for some reason the terry strawberries play and spoil the whole atmosphere. In my opinion, a visitor with a book would be happier if his hearing were not tormented by the slotting

Good evening! 2.03.2025 I went in front of the train to get coffee and, if there are seats, sit down for a while. The tables were empty, but there were dishes from previous customers on them. I came in at the same time as a couple of other guests, and two more came in after us. An employee with a feisty face was putting some pancakes on to warm up, not greeting or paying attention to the newcomers. For me personally, this is outright rude, there are a lot of guests and, at least, it's worth saying hello and, if you're in a hurry, then warn about it or call your colleague to help. With such an employee's reaction, of course, all your potential 5 guests just walked out without seeing the employee's interest. Guys, me and four other guys just went to other places for coffee, and you safely lost at least 35 rubles, not to mention that we could order more than just drinks. It is a pity that there is no monitoring of the work, audits, and obviously no one is interested in developing the service. I haven't tried the coffee, I haven't succeeded, but your content is funny.

The coffee is delicious, I would like more different desserts. The only disappointment is sea buckthorn tea. I tried it once and went just for him, but over time the orange disappeared from the tea, and then the taste changed from sea buckthorn to honey diluted with water. I did not remove the star because of one drink, because there are still more advantages. But I would like to return the quality of sea buckthorn tea or remove it from the menu altogether

The cafe is very cozy and atmospheric. But an hour of waiting for two cups of coffee and cheesecakes, I have not seen this anywhere, the saddest thing is that the staff did not even hurry, just continued to do it slowly at their own pace, although there was not even a full landing, and also serve cheesecakes in half an hour and coffee in another half hour! I understand that they are eco-friendly, but there is no point in them. They just melt in your mouth and you have to drink drinks with pieces of paper. As it is, everything is fine. They came, the doors are closed. The time is 13:00. It turned out that the entrance inside was through the outlet/store. There was no sign that the entrance was inside. Okay, I went into a coffee shop - young people are sitting at a table, no one is at the table. I chose a drink, no attention was paid to me. None of the staff came, did not even say hello. I don't know if that group of young people were employees or not. I waited, no one came up. She left in a terribly bad mood, she wanted to come to you very much. I was driving from home with thoughts of a good atmosphere, but I got completely ignored. Disappointed…
