Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Varka coffee shop left an extremely negative impression. Unlike my experience in the Minsk establishments of this chain, where I was very pleased, the coffee shop in Borisov disappointed at all levels.
The staff was incredibly unfriendly: no greetings, no goodbyes – absolute disregard. No one asked a question about an application with a discount system, and when I said that I had it, they told me that it was great! It felt like no one needed my presence here.
As for the coffee, my halvic raf turned out to be a complete disappointment. The taste of the coffee was mediocre, and the declared halva was present only in the form of a barely perceptible aroma. For such a price, I expected much more, especially considering the positive experience in other Vark coffee shops.
In general, visiting this coffee shop left a very unpleasant aftertaste. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service and coffee preparation in order to avoid similar situations in the future.

The place is small and the sofas with straight backs are uncomfortable.
The tables seem to be new, because they have recently opened, but it looks like they are used, with chips and wobble. There is some kind of warehouse in the hall, some boxes are standing.
Of the advantages, I ordered a sea buckthorn drink, the composition is good, sea buckthorn concentrate, cloves, other spices, delicious, before and serving in a separate teapot is also good.
Administration, work on the comments and move forward.

The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and friendly, the staff is always smiling and helps with the selection of a drink. The prices are pleasantly surprising - they are just a gift for such quality and service! I will definitely come here many more times, this is my new favorite place!

Disgusting service, unpleasant staff, when we left, we said goodbye, silence in response, the service leaves much to be desired - we stand at the pick-up area, they put drinks on us - a second later the barista is on the phone, the basic question is whether there is a lemon in stock - "no" with a dissatisfied face, there were three positions in the order - two coffee and dessert, they forgot to punch dessert. this was the second visit to this institution (due to infrequent visits to the city), and the first time the institution also left a not very pleasant impression. I hope they will have a conversation with the staff on the topic of basic ethics of communicating with guests. There are no complaints about the quality of the drinks, apart from the fact that the espresso shot on the latte stood for an incomprehensible amount of time

Delicious coffee, no complaints. The staff is good, the baristas are friendly and courteous. But one question confused me: why for syrup instead of sugar plus a ruble? But 5 stars, a ruble is nonsense.

In principle, I liked everything, there are no questions to the staff, a separate plus for the toilet. It is also a very pleasant atmosphere and was not expected for so long. The only drawback is the raf, because the original raf is made with cream, but as in the menu, so for the taste itself, just a latte with syrup. Since they are prepared in about the same way, but raf, I repeat, is made with cream. I didn't like the raf, and for that price, I can drink a more delicious raf, with cream.

I went to this place with the best girl on the planet, but I was not satisfied. We ordered pancakes, some with ham and cheese, others with salmon. Salmon pancakes - kitty ket wrapped in a pancake. They also took raf, it was bitter like every minute when I'm not with my girlfriend. Refine this point in a brotherly way.
Well, at least you don't regret sour cream, I put it with me. Thank you 😇

I put 2 stars for the coffee, everything else is a quiet horror. The staff is constantly with dissatisfied faces and behaves incomprehensibly, for example, "so are you going to order something or not?" 😕
There are always dirty tables on the terrace, and we found desserts only 1 time out of all visits.

Prices are slightly higher compared to other Borisov coffee shops, but, nevertheless, it is worth it. The coffee here is very different, constantly unusual seasonal drinks, breakfasts (personally, my favorite croissant with red fish is very tasty). The music is good, the atmosphere is great, you can sit with the company.
