A great coffee shop with a good atmosphere and pleasant staff. Convenient location: you can get to and from the metro if you walk in the parks nearby. I always came in when I went to driving school, drank coffee and got energized for passing tests. Somehow I didn't pass my term paper and was driving upset, I spontaneously decided to stop by this Jam, took my favorite raf with caramel syrup and a ring with curd cream. Everything was as good as usual, I immediately got in the mood, and the resentment of the situation disappeared. Thanks to the staff and the administration for such good service. I recommend it to everyone!!

We ordered coffee with a friend at the Security Service and paid for it. We waited 5-7 minutes when the barista girls were free and going about their business. To the question "have you forgotten about us?", they pretended that this was the plan. No apology was received. I ran out of sugar, and I handed the girls a sugar bowl to refill it. When they returned it back, it turned out that the lid was not screwed down and it (sugar) was spilling onto the counter, which, of course, no one wanted to remove. Refine the service, and so everything is good.

The service is at a high level! I came with my sister, who had never drunk coffee in the brew. The barista recommended drinks for both of us to suit our taste, and we also took a pistachio cake - it was incredibly delicious! I was walking by and wasn't going to buy coffee (although I'm an avid coffee drinker), but Arina's smile stopped me and disarmed me. Arina talked about the seasonal menu, Victoria also helped with advice, made a "Grinch drink". By the way, the girls weren't fooled, it's a delicious drink with matcha and spices (I was worried it wouldn't be sickly sweet). I am writing a review mostly for the owners of the outlet, the girls are super, cute, unobtrusive, naturally talk about the products, recommend them.
