We visited the Varka coffee shop and were pleasantly impressed. The atmosphere is relaxing: dim lights, comfortable chairs, pleasant music. The baristas are polite and attentive, the coffee is perfectly prepared. The desserts are fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend it!

What a delicious nampit was made for me on 04/10/2025 The male barista on this shift was excellent. The service was courteous and it was obvious that he had prepared it with all his heart. Bubblegum anchan at the blue match - who knows, it's really not easy to do it well, but he did it even better than I did in Minsk. And I would like to pay special attention to the interior and the toilet. You can even take guided tours to the latter . He's good)

After the Minsk Vars, I experienced Spanish shame. If students work in the capital, then there are generally schoolchildren here. The prices are the same as in Minsk. Orders are confused. Our three drinks, with an incomplete load, were cooked for 25 minutes ... In Americano, they even regretted the water and did not top up. Cappuccino and latte taste the same (milky strongly). As if out of habit, visitors clean the tables themselves with wet wipes. And the funny thing is, there are three people working… Positive: beautiful interior, furniture and air conditioning I really hope that they are interested in quality and will take this review into account

The staff is on top. When ordering two cappuccinos and an almond croissant, they forgot about one coffee when the cafe was loaded with 5-7 people, they brought it 15 minutes after the reminder. The coffee itself was not bad, but for the price there are enough places where it is much better. There is no croissant.

In my opinion, the best Varka in the city, it has a very cozy atmosphere, so traditional for coffee shops. The barista girls who were on shift on November 7th are very polite and helpful. The only moment that caused severe discomfort and I had to drink coffee quickly and leave instead of ordering dessert was a loud conversation on the phone between two foreign girls, which even made the music in the restaurant inaudible. In such a rush and noise, I couldn't even enjoy a drink. Therefore, a very big request to the management: please regulate such moments, perhaps the staff warned the guests about the behavior in the establishment so that all guests would be comfortable.
