A very cozy coffee shop. Delicious desserts and coffee. Cozy places. There are books and board games. You can play, it's fun. A big plus. Only I would like to decorate the toilet more prettily and take care of it. Maybe put a shelf there with all sorts of themed things, toys. Make it more atmospheric in general. And so everything is great. Prices are also affordable) inexpensive. I recommend.

We ordered a latte and a cappuccino to take away, we gave the latte first, for the sake of interest we waited for a cappuccino that differed from a latte only in volume. To my question, do the guys know visually how these two drinks differ, they answered quite logically with "volume", and then decided to tell me that I confuse latte with latte macchiato. Although even here on the website, cappuccino and latte differ not only in price but also visually.I understand that many people do not understand the differences, but I drink latte not because I like its name and white foam instead of brown. In general, instead of my latte, I got a lack of punch and disappointment.There was no sugar at the coffee shop, I had to ask (although I didn't really want to communicate with the staff who were trying to make a fool of you) to put sugar in the sugar bowl (based on the fact that 3 employees were on the phones and there was no steam, I shouldn't have asked them about it, it should have already been done) But even to this request, we were asked "did you not have enough?" In general, a cool coffee shop, cheered up without coffee, thank you😂

Cooking used to be a normal coffee shop, but now it's even unpleasant to go here. If you know anything about coffee, you won't like it here.
There is no choice of grain, there is no alternative. Seasonal menu: this is not available, they did not bring it, and out of 6 positions they can offer me one. And a separate minus for bringing coffee in a dirty kettle. As a friend who worked here said, "No one cares."

If you say that the coffee here is delicious, then you absolutely do not understand what the real taste of coffee is!
It was my first time in a coffee shop!
We came with my brother, he ordered a double espresso, I ordered a latte: espresso is so sour that it is impossible to drink, on which beans do you brew coffee?? A nightmare!
Latte is just warm milk, no foam, absolutely tasteless, what did we pay the money for? Such prices are still unacceptable..
The coffee shop is deathly quiet and instead of music, the barista talks about topics about relationships throughout the coffee shop, completely unfriendly! What criteria do you use to recruit staff? Where were your employees trained <who can make coffee>

Guys, just my request, change the coffee grinder, there is a better option. Minus two stars, for noise pollution (an important factor for me, very much).
