I was very surprised and pleased with the customer care - there is deodorant, hand cream, and all hygiene products in the sanitary room. This is the first time I've seen this! like it)))

Regarding the service, this does not apply to the girls who work there, they have always been friendly, but there is a clear problem with the guys, especially the boy with clogged hands. The base, we say hello, smile, be friendly and polite, this is the service sector, lean faces, aggression, non-involvement, these things are not acceptable, it is important for staff to understand when communicating with customers that we are not here for you, but you for us, but this is more a question for those who opened the franchise, Guys, crooked staff, this is a turn in the wrong direction. Receiving such a service gives the impression that this is not a place, but a diner.

The place itself is not bad, but the same barista (I don't know the name) spoils the whole impression. Most of the time, he sits and draws his pictures, doing you a favor in the service of oohing and aahing. Today's visit was no better. There was that barista again, who was clearly not in the mood. But why transfer this to clients? Of the requested drinks, half were missing, and what was eventually taken was tasteless. The entire acceptance of the order was also accompanied by a rude tone. The barista looked like he was tired of all this and didn't care about customer service at all. If a person doesn't like his job so much, maybe he should leave and draw his own pictures? And not to spoil the reputation of the coffee shop, which you do not want to return to because of such service, after which the mood on the weekend is spoiled.

We were returning home from Minsk, and finally decided to stop at a coffee shop and try seasonal drinks. The most interesting was potato raff, but the girl behind the counter stubbornly dissuaded us from it and said that she would not be able to cook it. I stood my ground because I am not deterred by the fact that the drink is not sweet. The key problem was that there was no cream to make it. I offered to buy cream on my own and bring it to try this miracle as the final touch of a trip to Belarus. But no, they continued to convince us that it was not tasty and would not be done)

There is no limit to my happiness , since in Novopolotsk they decided to open a Brew . Before that , I often visited a Brew in Minsk (as I understand it , this is a franchise) , there is one of the best coffee in the city . I did not expect something like this from Novopolotsk, but they surprised me significantly. It can be seen that it was done with love . The interior is touching . It is possible with four-legged friends ) The management appreciates and loves its guests, it is very pleasant) A separate five should be put on the coffee itself - there are few places where I have tried it. And despite the fact that many people write that the baristas here are young and inexperienced, I'm ready to bet. They were very nice and sociable with me. He is practically a pro in his field (at his age!) . Every time after visiting, I leave happy and with a smile)))

The interior is pleasant from the outside. The place is very small. And I'll probably move on to the main thing, these are prices. The prices are the same as, for example, in Vilnius or in Riga in the center of the old town. The verdict is "Expensive, period."

We waited for 5 minutes while he prepared an order for other people, then deigned to turn around and say, "What are we going to do?". Usually in the service industry, at least they warn you that you need to wait. The people after us also waited for him to make our order and then let them go.
