A great place, comfortable, cozy, nice to sit, the child found an interesting game, the whole family played, the book on the windowsill was very interested, I love books in the cafe.
I tried cheese raff, latte with sour package, well, so-so. The croissant is gorgeous, + 100 points. No agriculture, you can't drink a lot. And a sad girl is waiting for us. It's a real pity to give her a bonus, let her smile.

Coffee shop "Varka" - definitely recommend it! I would like to note that a barista girl named Polina is just a miracle! Smiling and friendly, she showed incredible attention to my taste preferences. That day, for some reason, I was completely confused and did not know what I wanted, but Polina easily helped me choose a drink and even picked the perfect dessert for it. The quality of the drink preparation is excellent! The atmosphere in the coffee shop is very pleasant and inviting. And, most importantly for me, "Varka" is a pet-friendly place! There is everything you need for our four-legged friends. I will definitely come back here again!

To me, this is the most delicious coffee in the city. The guy is a barista, he worked in the summer(I don't know where he's gone now) very polite, it was always nice to talk to him. They always left me fresh croissants in the evening, I asked. I work nearby, I had the opportunity to pick up closer to 8 pm. I work in the field of beauty, so I often came for lunch. I wish you a network of cooking, a celebration.

The place is cool. But what happened to the girl who worked on 25.01, she answered everyone as long as cappuccino and Americano were disgusting. At the request, there was a most displeased face in the cup, not in the glass. Everyone who came in immediately got the phrase wait at least half an hour.

I waited until the girl took the order to the guest, but when she returned, the girl still did not say hello and began to clean the used coffee from the coffee machine. Anyone who works in catering knows that at least they pay attention to guests while they are busy with something else (considering that she looked at it several times). After waiting a few minutes, a friendly receptionist (probably) came up to us and accepted the order. The mood immediately improved, thank you) for information: there is no guest toilet in the coffee shop, you can't even wash your hands

I like the coffee shop because we work nearby and often visit the cooking. The baristas have always been pleasant, polite, but on 11.07 at 10:00 in the morning (the working shift +- 3h at the barista, that is, it has just begun) the barista is already tired, because when asked to make two coffees, she makes one. The girl who went to get coffee was probably afraid to ask for another one a second time, so I went myself. But alas, the break is 15 minutes and the barista is already lighting a cigarette sitting on the terrace. It's not pleasant, of course. The girl is probably new, I haven't seen her before, I don't know why to hire people who don't want to work in this position. And it's very unpleasant when you have to beg for coffee for my money 😅

I asked without jam and honey, but decided to leave just cheesecakes. Isn't that strange? 3. Neither the package nor the devices were offered.
4. The receipt was not immediately issued after I picked up my order. And when I called to ask, they said to me, "well, come back, we'll put it" it's been 20 minutes, I'm obviously not coming back. Unfortunately, I was not offered any solution to the problem. I love the coffee shop on kuntsevschina / kamennaya Gorka, always nice staff. Conduct a service training with the staff.

I ordered a latte and a croissant, and paid the full price for my order. they made me a latte right away, the taste was very unpleasant, as for me, as if it was made just with instant coffee. I waited for a croissant for an extremely long time, and then in the end it turned out that the girl had forgotten about it (as far as I know, finished products are issued first, but I could be wrong).
a friend ordered a macaroni cake, before asking for flavors. she ordered a nutty one, and as a result they gave it a completely different taste.
I understand that the staff gets tired and that working in catering is always difficult, but you need to be at least a little more collected…

Unpleasant residue from this Cooking. Other Breweries have a cozy atmosphere, which cannot be said about this one. The staff is not pleasant. We ordered matcha latte and chocolate raf (seasonal drink), as a result, both drinks are cold, matcha latte is very bitter (this has never been anywhere else). A complete disappointment.
