We arrived an hour and a half before closing time, and they refused to receive us. We were motivated by the fact that there are a lot of delivery orders and they won't have time to cook sushi for us. Actually, even just when you're sitting there, they kick the guests out half an hour before closing time. The attitude is just terrible, they feel like the owners of the place and act solely in their own interests, and not in the interests of the owner of the institution. Boss, if you see this review, I recommend that you fire all your under-qualified employees and hire new ones. And first teach them how to handle clients. There are people who conduct trainings. Do this, otherwise people will stop coming and your business will simply collapse. Moreover, there are a lot of new places in Chisinau where sushi is tastier than yours and the service is a hundred times better.
