When buying the roof, the staff convinced that metal brackets were better and more reliable, I did not save money. When the builders started the installation, they said that they had overpaid in vain and they would not serve very well and for a long time. When applying for a replacement by phone, they began to persuade and prevaricate, but when contacting the store in person, the issue was resolved positively, but after a certain time, as he left, a refusal was received about a replacement (it is easier to refuse by phone). They do not show loyalty to customers, considering how much the roof cost.
