My husband ordered rolls and sushi at 3 p.m. at 7 p.m. The order arrived at 10 p.m. Sometimes they didn't answer the phone, then they asked to understand that they had too many orders that day. we called three times, begging for our order.As a result, we brought an order for 5 people with 1 spoonful of wasabi. Disgusting! They gave 6600 to waste their nerves and throw everything in the trash! The rolls were falling apart. Elementary, you could say that there are a lot of orders, we would have ordered elsewhere. And no apologetic gestures! I wouldn't write, but it's the second time I've had jokes. The first time they forgot to put a set for us, now it's terrible. It's a pity that we were your clients.

Hello! I couldn't resist commenting))) Previously, I studied your menu, your contact page, photos, promotions, feedback and reviews for a long time. I liked everything. And finally, I decided to please my family with sweets on Valentine's Day, February 14th. I made an order by phone two and a half hours in advance for a certain time. The girl who accepted the order clarified the relevance of the current promotions. She confirmed that when ordering the set "Favorite", which costs 6,400 tenge, a pizza "Margarita" is necessarily attached as a gift. Well, I think my sons and my husband will certainly be well fed and satisfied. As a result, the order was delivered without delay, BUT NO MARGARITA THERE WAS NO SMELL!!!!!!!When I decided to find out what the problem was, they answered me on the phone that they really forgot to put pizza in my order and PROMISED, IF POSSIBLE, IF THEIR DELIVERYMAN EVER WENT IN MY DIRECTION, they would definitely bring me MY PIZZA!!! But for the third day now, no one has been coming in my direction! This is the first and LAST time I contacted you, and I don't understand why I mess with clients with Shares so much? Why are you lying??? By the way, I didn't like the rolls either in taste or size. There is NO geisha kiss at all!!! The only thing that turned out to be edible was Philadelphia!
