I can't contain my positive emotions about the amazing dentist Kirill Melyantsov.🙏🏻The previous experience at another clinic was simply terrible, of course, I went to the removal today with a tremor in my throat, or rather with doom.However, the doctor greeted me very positively, I said that I was very afraid, the doctor said that there was no reason to worry. Then there was a stab of frost, which I didn't feel at all, and another stab was slightly bitten by a mosquito. After numbing the freezing site, the doctor carefully removed the roots and… I got up from my chair with a question: "What was that? Where is the pain? Dizziness, fainting, and hellish pain?" There was nothing like that,! The doctor's hands are golden! Apparently he loves and knows his profession well. Now it's just this clinic. Prosthetics are only available here and I will tighten up at home. I'm sure! This clinic will meet all expectations! Thank you very much, Doctor, and undoubtedly the nurse who helped the doctor. I thank the wonderful administrator for his attention and patience. Yes! And the cost is sooo loyal!Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤

I want to leave a negative review and draw the attention of the management of this clinic.In September last year, I went to this clinic to have my 8th tooth removed, the tooth was complicated, so I needed surgery followed by suturing. Initially, I was "greeted" by a terrible service: I called after telling the situation, asked to make an appointment. The procedure is complicated and requires some preparation, but for some reason, the person who receives the calls and records does not consider it necessary to explain this. I had to "pull out" the cost information myself, which is not small (a year ago it was 400-450 BYN, I can't remember the exact figure anymore), what was needed during the procedure, it was unclear how to prepare for it, whether it was possible to eat before the procedure or vice versa, etc. I had to find out everything from the administrator, but this is generally half the trouble. After the tooth extraction, I got worse and had a high fever, so I had to go to my clinic on Saturday for an examination. Based on the current situation, I was prescribed treatment and antibiotics, and the healing process was long. I went to your clinic several more times after that to have my stitches removed, and since everything was still healing poorly, I had to come back to have the doctor examine me. At the last appointment, the doctor released me and did not say anything else. Having forgotten about this situation, recently, I went to another clinic to see a dentist for dental treatment, to which the doctor accidentally noticed and told me that I had a missing suture. It was not only me who was surprised, but also my attending physician. He tried to take it off himself, but it had already grown quite tightly into his gum.  Based on the current situation, I had to turn to my clinic (to you, I have no desire) to a dental surgeon in order to finally resolve this issue! Just some time before the recording, I felt discomfort and noticed that this area was already starting to become inflamed, causing mild pain. It was no longer so easy to get the thread, so I had to make an incision, but that's not all, as I extracted it, it turned out that there was not just a small seam, but a deep enough knot that they tried to get to me for a long time. I'm glad that I applied on time (if, of course, it can be said that way) and it didn't reach some kind of large-scale inflammation.  And now I want to ask you a question.: how is this even acceptable and why, after paying a lot of money, should I spend my money, time and nerves on solving this issue?? I ask the management to understand this situation and give me explanations. If necessary, I am ready to contact you and provide my personal information, as well as document that I contacted the clinic and had this manipulation performed.

Excellent staff and service. From the very first call, they found an opportunity to make an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, and then they called back with an earlier and more convenient option. They pulled it quickly - I didn't have time to notice, although the tooth was problematic.
