The atmosphere is extremely suffocating and completely unsuitable for shopping. The staff is, to put it mildly, unfriendly. The sellers look tired of life and are clearly not happy with the visitors. Asking a question or clarifying something is already a feat, because the answer is likely to be in the spirit of "I don't know" or just silence. You can't count on the elementary “hello” and “goodbye.” A separate disadvantage is the extremely limited payment methods. Of the "modern" solutions, only Kaspi QR is available. No regular bank terminal, no Apple Pay, no Samsung Pay— nothing. If you don't have Kaspi or cash, you can turn around and keep walking. In 2025, this already looks like a sign of backwardness, not economy. The assortment is three-fold. Everything is very basic, there is almost no choice. The prices are not lower than in normal stores with full service. It can be seen that the place is designed for schoolchildren from a neighboring school and random passers-by. A regular customer is unlikely to return here voluntarily.
