The overall impression is spoiled by the attitude of the staff towards the visitors.
The first time they came and no one paid attention, the administrator did not meet new visitors. We found out that there are no seats for a passing waiter.
The second time we sat down at an empty table, but not yet cleaned for other visitors.
The dishes looked delicious, but everything had to be finished. And the ordered Long Island had to be abandoned altogether due to the fact that it had 80% ice instead of the declared ingredients. The receptionist agreed that the cocktails made in their establishment are very diluted. She promised not to include the cocktail in the bill, but she did not keep her promise, it was stated in the receipt.

To be calculated, they waited for more than 20 minutes, and without waiting, they just left the money and left, and they still stood near the summer terrace for another 15 minutes, even no one bothered to take the money, there was a desire to leave with them for such service.

I'm speaking from the point of view of the Yandex courier: the staff is just terrible. Every time you come for an order, it doesn't seem to matter to everyone, you go, you look for someone to tell you about the order, they don't greet you willingly, you can't pull out a phrase, they mumble a couple of words on the question "is the order coming soon" and just dump to chat among themselves.

Место атмосферное. Национальная кухня представлена разнообразно. Обслужили быстро. Вежливый персонал. Заказывали вареники с творогом, драники с грибами и драники с семгой, бабушкин суп и борщ с ребрышком, налистники с яблоком и корицей. Все очень понравилось. Ресторан имеет сеть по всему городу.
Цены столичные. Обед из 2-х супов, 1-й порции драников с грибами, 1-й порции налистников и 2-х берёзовых соков обошёлся в 52 белорусских рубля .

We didn't get any pleasure from the chicken schnitzel we took.The schnitzel was so overcooked and dry that it was
almost impossible to eat it.Fried potatoes are one name.The buckwheat porridge was normal. I put two stars

Одно из лучших мест, с белорусской кухней, куда можно прийти с друзьями и недорого посидеть пообщаться. Так же одно из лучших мест, для приезжих, вкусно и недорого покушать. Клюквенная настока ( шоты) - ТОП!!! Блюда из меню, вкусные, но если честно, немного уже подустали. Сковородки практически одни и те же, в разных вариациях. Меню наверное ниаогда не обновлялось. Время ожидания блюд вполне комфортное, напитки и закускт приносят быстро. Вежливый и приятный персонал. Интерьер, во всех заведениях аутентичный, ни с кем не перепутать.
Одно из любимых мест - НЛО. Правда со свободными столиками вечером там беда, что в принципе и говорит о качестве заведения!!!

Еда прекрасна! Очень вкусная и сытная. Время ожидание нормальное, но смотря что заказал могут принести быстро. Астфосфера осень приятная а также уютная. Напитки приятные, а кофе особенно прекрасно! Настойки я не пробовала, так что про них не могу что-то рассказать, извините. Мясо нежное, я как мясоед(любитель мяса) рекомендую их мясные блюда.

Часто заглядываем сюда семьёй. Всегда все было хорошо,но в воскресенье 23.07.2023 зашли отметить ДР сына. Сели за столик и тут началось абышто (по другому не знаю как выразить). Сначала к нам каждый раз подходили разные официанты (я так поняла стажёры). Сначала принесли одну порцию из детского меню (т.е.пока один ребенок ел-другой просто смотрел 😐), вилки и ножи не принесли (походу мы должны были есть руками🫣), порции были меньше чем обычно... Мы долго решили не задерживаться и попросили расчет. Посетителей было немного,но расчета мы так и не дождались 🤣(наверное можно было встать и уйти,но мне совесть такого не позволит). Подошла сама и попросила первого попавшегося официанта рассчитать меня. К чему все: ДР ребенку испорчен, настроение на нуле после посещения. Больше к вам не приду.

Сегодня в очередной раз посетили ресторан "Васильки". Респект. Мне нравится кухня разных стран, но наша национальная просто на высоте. Время ожидания минимально. Приятная атмосфера, внутри прохлада, тихо играет музыка в национальном колорите, на летней террасе можно также найти уютное местечко. Персонал вежливый. Официант Владислава оказалась очень милой и приветливой. Фаворитом мы для себя выбрали мачанку и картофельную бабку. Мясо идеально приготовилено. Очень понравился вишневый узвар и сырники.

Хочу отметить конкретно это заведение. Побывал в нескольких ресторанах этой сети, однако именно этот вызвал у меня однозначно восторг! Авторские напитки, сытные обеды и ужины, уютная домашняя атмосфера и однозначно отзывчивый персонал. В суматоху правда официанты могу пролетать мимо, однако сделаю скидку на неимоверный поток гостей, ведь если придти в менее нагруженный промежуток, то превосходное обслуживание и улыбки официантов вам гарантированы! Рекомендую попробовать драники, квас и авторские лимонады! Однозначно зайду и не раз в это заведение!
