My son and I had lunch at Vasilki, one of our favourite places in the city. We come here often and know the menu by heart, so we were really looking forward to our meal. The service was as good as always - the staff were polite and helpful, and we didn’t have to wait long. However, this time there were a few issues. The mashed potatoes were completely unsalted, which was disappointing, and the portion of chicken nuggets for my son was surprisingly small - much less than usual. We wanted to leave a tip, but unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash, and they didn’t offer the option to tip by card. Another thing I noticed was that the prices have gone up, even though the menu hasn’t changed. We still enjoyed our time, but I hope these small problems will be improved next time.

From the very first step, a wave of warm, almost homely atmosphere swept over us. Wooden tables, cozy semi-darkness, friendly buzz of voices and some incredibly appetizing smell of fresh pastries and squashes. It's not glamorous, no. It is an authentic comfort, sweet and simple, like a clay pot with sorrel soup. Maintenance is a separate art form! We were greeted by a waitress in a cute embroidered shirt, with a cornflower braided in her hair — she looked like the very personification of comfort and hospitality. The menu is concise, without thousands of extra items, which only pleases. The eyes do not run away, but the soul immediately understands what it wants. And the prices! In an era when the bill for dinner for two is easily compared to a mortgage payment, Cornflowers is a breath of fresh (and incredibly delicious) air. An average check of 3,000 rubles for a hearty dinner with lemonades and dessert is generous and homely. And now — the holy of holies! Something worth going out of the way for: · Draniki with salmon: It's not a dish, it's a crunchy monument to culinary genius! With a golden, perfect crust on the outside and the most tender potatoes inside, accompanied by lightly salted salmon and sour cream cucumber sauce. · Homemade Lemonades: Real magic in a jug! Berry explosion, mint freshness and not an ounce of sweetness. Real salvation and enjoyment. · Apple pie: And... the king of the evening! The same one, grandma's, with cinnamon, with a subtle sourness of apples and crispy sprinkles. Served warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that melts to form a divine sauce. It's not a pie. It's a hug. In general, Cornflowers is not a chain restaurant. It's a state of mind. A place where the food is not just delicious, but with love. Where you can really relax, chat and feel at home. Now it is our must-visit place in every trip to the cities of Belarus! We will definitely come back! I miss that pie already.

So, having visited this wonderful place, I can say that there are incredibly delicious and crunchy draniki, the variety is small, but it's enough to enjoy the taste. Very tasty soups, rich, the ratio of ingredients is just super. Incredibly delicious kvass, much different from bottled kvass. I think the price/quality ratio is perfect. In general, I recommend a mandatory visit! Preferably on an empty stomach!

We visited two establishments - on Independence Avenue and near Chelyuskintsev Park. Specifically about the cafe on the avenue. Independence. We had lunch on the terrace and were offered a blanket. The service is quite fast, very tasty, high-quality food. We ordered two servings of regular shingles, I really liked it. We took two lemonades of cucumber and watermelon - it was also very interesting and original. We also tried the salmon steak. Quite so. The cozy atmosphere of the Belarusian-folk style distinguishes the cafe. The plates are stylized according to the theme of cornflowers, the staff in folk costumes. A pleasant place to end the evening well and have a snack with quality food.

Today we had lunch at this establishment on the terrace. I really liked the quality of the food, drinks, and the service itself. Spinach smoothie is the best quality in the city. And the hot dishes are very tasty and satisfying. We tried blackberry and raspberry liqueurs for the first time. Waiter Alexey is a professional in his field. Cornflowers in Minsk turned out to be exactly the place where you feel at home, even if you cross the threshold for the first time. The atmosphere here is cozy, warm, without unnecessary pretentiousness, and the menu is designed so competently that you want to try everything at once. It is clear that professionals worked on it — the dishes are familiar, familiar, but served in such a way that the eyes run away. We started with a snack of different types of bacon. An excellent choice for a company: each piece has its own character, flavor, and all this is accompanied by bread and pickles. The right mood is immediately created, as if old friends have gathered at the table. The appetizer goes especially well in the company of the local Alivaria beer — this combination is simply created for a soulful evening. Black bread croutons with cheese is a simple dish, but here it is made with such taste that you order and think: but it is precisely in such small things that the soul of the kitchen manifests itself. Everything is crisp, flavorful, and once again the perfect match for beer. Draniki is a special treat for lovers of national cuisine. Here it's a whole meadow, a generous variety for every taste. I settled on "grandma in a potty." The dish is delicious, the taste is very harmonious: the potato base is soft, juicy, with a light golden crust on top. Personally, I would add a little salt and a couple of large pieces of meat or bacon, but even without this, the "grandmother" leaves a pleasant impression. That's the kind of homemade food you want to eat with a big spoon. We had dinner with a large group of fifteen people, and everyone was satisfied. This says a lot: it's not easy to please such a diverse group at once. But the kitchen did it, and everyone found something to their liking. Special thanks to our waitress Polina. She was beyond praise: attentive, polite, always there, but completely unobtrusive. Such people know how to create an atmosphere of trust and comfort better than any interior. The evening turned out to be light, delicious and truly family friendly. Cornflowers is a place where you want to return with friends and relatives. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a combination of simplicity, generosity and real taste in Minsk.

I do not know what happened to the waiters' faces, not a single one of them even smiled. Does it feel like this is the corporate identity of Poker Face? They also brought us a glass under water, which simply smelled like a rotten rag a meter away. How is this possible, because we had children with us, one of whom is less than 2 years old. I like the concept of the restaurant, the interior, the choice and the quality of the dishes. I also like the affordable price. But you can't treat hygiene like that and be so unfriendly.

Well, these are Cornflowers, and they probably don't need much introduction, but I'll leave my review anyway. In my opinion, a great place for dinner. It's not pretentious, with a simple and cozy atmosphere and the best (or at least one of the) price-quality ratio. There's probably only one drawback, it can be a bit noisy. Oh, and if you plan to go in the evening, I recommend booking a table in advance, because even on weekdays there is a risk that there will be no seats and you will be offered to take a live queue, and this is not the most pleasant option, anyway)

We decided to have dinner, and on the advice of friends, we chose Cornflowers. The recommendations were very good! And this is the case when the expectation coincided with reality by 100%. Belarusian cuisine: clear, tasty, satisfying. The menu is not small, but it is not huge either. At first we took soup with mushrooms, sooooo delicious, moderate acidity, meat, good broth. Next, potato woman, sausages, dumplings… The menu includes dumplings, draniki, cheeks… What we tried is very tasty. The service is fast, the waiters are attentive. The dishes were served in about 15 minutes, and quickly after 15 minutes. In many restaurants of this chain, the waiting time is about an hour. We were lucky, they put us in jail right away. Summary: excellent restaurant chain. I definitely recommend you to visit. And the prices are quite affordable.

The sponge was cold and looked like a poorly prepared sauce made from flour, plus it was salted. Cloudy, cold, salty, unpleasant liquid. There were three pieces of sausage and one rib floating in it. I left half of it in the pot. The draniki were unsalted and tasteless, bland. They weren't finished either, although they came to Cornflowers hungry after a walk. We went to a cafe on the recommendation of the taxi driver who drove us from the airport, but alas…

I 've been using this network for many years .The food is delicious, but what has been happening to the service lately is darkness , the staff is young guys who are standing near the cash register talking and they don 't care about you at all , they don't want to take orders, you walk past them into the establishment and don 't greet them and don 't carry the menu menu , you have to wait and beg for what would be brought .This is a note to the management, it used to be better !!!
