We booked a table 2 weeks in advance to celebrate my husband's birthday. The table turned out to be occupied, despite the fact that the customers had just arrived and the menu was brought to them. The administrator offered us seats, referring to the fact that they incorrectly indicated the place when booking. We didn't like them. When asked why they couldn't transfer visitors, the receptionist tried to force other tables on us.The impression was ruined, I had to leave.I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

Good afternoon, friends!
It's the nicest place I've ever seen in my life.:
1) the staff is unobtrusive
2) the atmosphere is cozy
3) we immediately ordered borscht, since we are from Kazakhstan and we are eating this dish for the first time - gorgeous, delicious
4) garlic pump is just space
5) and the fifth - so what if we had to wait for the second course, the reality exceeded all our expectations, we even got hungry and ate delicious chebureks, as in childhood juicy and fatty ... mmm…
6) a sixth sense told us to order ginger tea for us - we recommend it with pancakes and an apple - together it's just a culinary masterpiece

There were cornflowers in almost every establishment in Minsk. That's why I'm familiar with the menu. And here the quality of the cooked dishes surprised me. It was prepared somehow carelessly. Lard is pitted, lemon chicken is too greasy. Pasta carbonara - cooked strangely, the bacon is not cooked. Got upset.

We came, sat for a little more than 20 minutes, and until we asked, none of the waiters approached us. When they finally arrived, they found out the cooking time, packed up and left. We went to "Cornflowers" in the shopping center "Palazzo". I liked everything very much. We ordered pancakes with machanka, a frying pan with pork - these are the most delicious dishes of Belarusian cuisine that we have ever tasted. The waiters quickly accepted the order and helped determine the choice. The team of chefs also respect for the efficiency and quality of the dishes that we tried. Sbiten and milkshake were taken from drinks. The cocktail reminded me of the taste of childhood)

At the moment, this is the worst representative of the line of Cornflower restaurants. The waiters don't know the menu, they can't remember the order the first time. The dishes do not correspond to the menu, and the administrator's comments that the dish brought does not correspond to the menu convince visitors that white is black and everything is so necessary. Specifically: instead of slicing from 3 types of lard, they brought slicing one piece with different thicknesses and swore that this was how it should be, but from the experience of visiting other restaurants in the chain, this is naturally not the case. The worst representative of the restaurant chain.

If you are a guest of our beautiful country and want to try our cuisine, then you should know that Cornflower pancakes are just pancakes with potatoes and that's it. I didn't even finish them, although I adore them, it's just a shame (Delicious and similar to real draniki in Mom's House. Yes, this is not a straight restaurant and generally a more budget-friendly place, but the draniki there are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and always with sour cream! If you also add about the menu in cornflowers, then I also took a cold drink, it turns out to be just purple sour cream, half an egg and a little cucumber. They also ask whether to add potatoes or not. I don't understand this. Sour cream can be eaten cheaper. It's a long way from the refrigerator. In addition to all this, the waiter came up to us 5 times and they all had something missing.

We decided to visit Cornflowers for the first time . The menu is full of beautiful pictures, of course. The atmosphere itself is also good , everything is clean and pleasant to the eye , Belarusian motifs are playing .
Our choice was on grilled vegetables. Chicken thighs with hearts, bacon and honeydew , potato pies with sauce , and the usual tea .
We asked the waiter if we could take any table , they said we could . We sat down and ignored us for 15 minutes , although we asked to come right up because we had chosen everything .
After 15 minutes, the waiter accepted our order.
I was preparing if I didn't lie for 40-50 minutes.There was a strange serving of the dish, first they brought grilled vegetables, then 5 minutes later the appliances.
The grilled vegetables themselves were absolutely not grilled. We even took a picture and started comparing the view. It was sad.
A huge amount of oil , which implies frying in a frying pan . And everything was cold , so the vegetables were soaked in this oil .
There were 5 pieces of eggplant , 2 miserable mushrooms , 4 slices of pepper and half an onion in the dish. 2 more pieces of undercooked eggplant were hidden under the bottom . The floor of the plate was left because it is impossible to eat because of the oil.
After that, they brought chicken thighs with hearts, bacon, pies and honeydew.
The whole dish was also cold .
We sampled a potato pie. It crunches on the outside - it 's raw on the inside .
They took the chicken - it tasted like it was frozen ready , thawed , sprinkled with pepper , warmed up a little and served .
The bacon was ordinary, nothing special.
The only thing that was normal there was pickled honey mushrooms. But I think it's impossible to spoil it.
At the end of our meal , tea was brought , which is just as strange . Usually the drink is served first, especially since there was an ordinary tea bag, nothing complicated.
The most annoying thing is that a couple also came after us , and they were served much earlier than us .
In general , we were disappointed , we thought we would eat delicious homemade food , but it was as if we went to cheburechnaya . And at least the chebureks are warm there . We won 't go there anymore.

Delicious varied menu, reasonable prices, there is delivery, there is a lunch menu. It wasn't always good with the staff, but lately it has become noticeably better. There are always enough people, there are enough waiters. Sometimes you have to wait, sometimes they serve you quickly, if you're lucky. The Palazzo has a great terrace in summer, the interior is simple and sincere, generally a pleasant place, I visit often - and it's not a shame to invite guests for lunch.
