The waiting time... if you got inside, then it is quite acceptable, but getting inside is already a task. People stand in the alley to eat. I was not ready for this. They do not book in advance. Convenient location, delicious food, clean bathroom, children's menu, affordable prices
Cons:
no ice for drinks (in the heat of 35 degrees) with the premise that you will be brought only half a glass of drink for this amount.
The menu and food were brought, it seemed to me forever.
By itself, the staff is extremely unfriendly, it seemed that we were terribly annoying the young man (waiter) who served the table.
Whether to attend or not is up to you. Only you. For my part, I cannot recommend it, but I will not dissuade you from visiting either.

Usually this chain is delicious food for me, quite fast and in a cozy atmosphere. But this time something went wrong with the Cornflowers. We were not warned that the waiting time for food was an hour. Cold air was blowing in the hall, when asked to adjust the air conditioner, we were told that this was the general ventilation of the building and that it was impossible to influence it, the air was blowing so cold that we were sitting in hats and jackets, there was no talk about comfort here. I myself had to guard a table from a quieter place, and the request to transfer us was not immediately answered. The food arrived an hour later. The steak was half-cooked, the cook confirmed that it was undercooked, we had to wait another 20 minutes. However, the rest of the food was delicious and ready as usual, also in an hour. As a result, the expected quick snack took forever, plus I had a cold. I advise you to avoid this branch!!!

Perhaps the only restaurant that we remember in Belarus. It seemed to me that in Belarus you can eat delicious and inexpensive everywhere. I can't say that my expectations were met 100 percent. But Cornflowers turned out to be the best option for price and quality. This is a chain restaurant. We had dinner in it in Minsk and Grodno. We were very satisfied both times. After relaxing at the spa, my husband and I did not know where to go to eat, and decided to stop at Cornflowers. The service here is just great! Even with heavy workload, the waiters bring orders quickly, always polite and in a good mood. I was very pleased with the food: as always, it is delicious, satisfying, the portions are large and at pleasant prices. The menu is varied, I want to try everything: meat, fish, pancakes, potatoes, dumplings! Desserts are a separate love, especially apple pie – right in the heart. It's just one of the best chains of establishments in Belarus. Very fast, not expensive and delicious. We came to Minsk on a tourist visit, but now no trip is complete without Cornflowers. I am amazed how with a huge flow of people, the guys manage to serve quickly.
Sometimes there is a queue at the entrance, but this is not surprising. Although queues usually resolve very quickly, because there are a lot of seats.

Yesterday we visited the restaurant at this address and wanted not only to hear about the cuisine of the dish, but we had been there before and had a very tasty dinner, to eat, but an unpleasant incident occurred!
Since it was Friday, there were a lot of people and we were initially warned that hot dishes +-40 minutes were being prepared.We made an order, water and appliances were quickly brought to us, then we made an order before and brought soup in 15 minutes, but after it we still waited 1.5 hours for hot dishes!
New people came and came, and they had already been served dishes in turn before!
Moreover, now it turns out that they order ready-made semi-finished products and they are only cooked on the stove or deep-fried!
We are extremely dissatisfied with the service! We were not warned while waiting that the time would increase even more, especially since the last guests brought food earlier than us!
They also brought us seemingly stale low-quality burnt dumplings and in a small size!Previously, they were hand-made, juicy, appetizing and delicious in appearance! Now the service (the waiter's girlfriend was rude) is at a low level, the food that was brought to us is terrible and the administrator himself could not come up, either other waiters or the waitress who served us approached!

I come here often. One of my favorite restaurants with national cuisine. A good varied menu. There is also a children's menu. Young visitors can color and guess the puzzles on the children's menu itself. Pencils are always provided. Pleasant atmosphere. Soft background music. I have always come across wonderful and very helpful waiters. They always smile and can give recommendations on the choice of dishes.
The waiting time for the dishes, of course, depends on the number of visitors. But I've never waited more than 40 minutes for a hot dish.
This is definitely my favorite restaurant.

I happened to go to this fashionable establishment on July 31, 2024, in the evening, around 20:00, a restaurant near the Central Department Store. A terrible place, coolly advertised on the Internet, in articles about visiting Minsk, etc. It doesn't look like a restaurant, more like a diner. The expectation was to eat cool pancakes, have a good time. The reality turned out to be different. Everything did not work out from the very beginning: no one meets you at the entrance, instead of the hostesses or the administrator, you are greeted at the entrance by dirty dishes on the order reception table, someone's half-eaten dishes, etc. You run around the halls, and you look for an empty table for yourself. We ordered shingles with a sponge, baked dumplings with bacon and cheese, cepellines with meat. The order was waited for 50 minutes. They promised 30-40 minutes, to my requests to say how much longer to wait and the waiter's subsequent questions to the chefs, so that they would already give the order, the chefs screamed hysterically in response. Not cooks, but a bunch of crooked, aggressive incompetents. Baked dumplings turned out to be a very difficult dish. Almost an hour later, the results were brought, warm pancakes that were not even crispy, potatoes like boiled inside, a lot of flour in them (the potatoes did not even seem to be squeezed after they were wiped) already cold cepellines, because they were cooked first and they just stood and waited for simultaneous serving and fiery hot, scalding mouth dumplings, which it was impossible to eat for another 15 minutes and in which they served instead of fried bacon, as it was in the picture on the menu, a couple of pieces with a nail of boiled bacon. When asked by the waiter where the bacon was, it was said that their dishes should not match the beautiful pictures from the menu.
The loading of the halls was incomplete, the kitchen, at the same time, could not cope, cooking tasteless. If you want to eat shingles, go to the Pansky shingles, they are really delicious there, and this is not an advertisement. Verified. Also, the locals themselves recommended Rakovsky Brovar and Litvins. Bottom line: Cornflowers in 2024, unfortunately, turned into a "cheap" snowstorm, with zero service, terrible chefs, tasteless food and not the cheapest prices in the city. If you pass by, come on in.
