The order of delivery of dishes was not specified, they did not ask about birthdays, they did not congratulate the ladies on the holiday. The dishes were brought dirty. The decanter, glasses, and plates are poorly washed. There were spots of fat, previous cocktails, or something else, it never turned out.
When I asked them to change the dishes, they looked at me as if I had asked them to turn the Gulf Stream back.
The dishes were replaced with the most dissatisfied look. After all that had happened, they asked to replace the waiter, because it was clear that the person was not coping with his official duties. No one asks you to smile, but at least to do your job, it would be very useful. The receptionist came up to us, apologized for what had happened and informed us that the waiter who started serving us was an intern.
After that, the gold of this institution worked with us, her name is Alice.
I can't say anything here. All service standards are there. A person can communicate. Despite the large landing, everything was served on time, and without problems.
Therefore, they expressed gratitude on their part. On the part of the management, I would like to make a comment that it is possible to learn from her experience of interacting with the guests of the institution.
The format of the place is very cool, the decorations and the interior are memorable.
And to sum up: if you see a tattooed young man with brown hair, know that if he stayed to work at the institution and communicates with you in an inappropriate tone, then he is definitely not an intern anymore)

We didn't understand something about Cornflowers, we came as tourists from St. Petersburg. The drinkers are the worst that we tried in Minsk. The rest of the traditional cuisine was not bad.
