It's beautiful and delicious, but ... the pancakes were fried on the one hand, on the other they were just white, the impression is spoiled! The hodgepodge is too salty. 6 people had dinner, and all of them had some kind of flaws in the dishes.

We came with colleagues for lunch. Not only did they wait a long time for the ordered items from the lunch menu, but they also brought pancakes with raw pork and potatoes. We drew the waiter's attention to the problem, we were offered to redo it, promised in 5 minutes (we waited about 15). The newly brought pancakes were almost no different from the first ones. We ate potatoes, because we didn't want to stay completely hungry at the end of lunch. They left upset and disappointed.

Официант прекрасно знает меню и даже посоветовал пару мест в Минске обязательные к посещению, за это ему большое спасибо
Единственное, что не понравилось - лимонный цыплёнок, он как будто задохнулся в своём маринаде, но так как мы поздно об этом сказали, попробовав по паре кусочков, в счёт его всё равно включили((
Всё остальное было очень вкусно
Брал тёмное пиво, оно было будто без газов
Но в целом, заведение оставило хорошее впечатление

Чудесная сеть ресторанов в Минске. Уютные залы, хорошее обслуживание, вкусная кухня. Я влюбилась в Холодник! Рекомендую. Так же мы взяли "ассорти на компанию" в нем много разных вкусняшек из картошки. Но имейте в виду, что это блюдо на очень маленькую компанию, скорее на пару, в которой один человек - девочка ;)). Десерты тоже вкусные, хотя мне и попался кусочек пластика от какой-то упаковки в творожном десерте, ну, ничего, бывает. :)
Обязательно в следующий приезд зайдём снова.

Все, что касательно еды то очень вкусно готовят! Очень довольны, хожу с девушкой. Довольно таки красивое место и уютное. Бываю здесь часто. Персонал вежливый. Но есть одно но. Сегодня было обидно, мы с девушкой заказали покушать, и так как у нас сегодня праздник в честь 4 года отношений,в конце она достала маленький бенто тортик, чтобы попробовать вместе, но официант Данил сказал, что запрещено свое приносить, понимаю, что у вас такая политика, но неужели нельзя отпробовать тортик? Мы ведь не со своим пришли, а делали заказ. В другой раз сюда приходить не буду больше. Есть другие места в котором разрешают так делать!

Кухня как всегда на высоте.Все прекрасно и чудесно,если бы не одно небольшое «но».Все таки от персонала очень много что зависит,в частности от официантов.Может быть очень сильно устал молодой человек, который нас с подругой обслуживал,может его в принципе гости раздражают,но было крайне неприятно,когда он нам сквозь зубы отвечал и и смотрел с некоторым презрением.
Хотелось встать и уйти в первые секунды.
