There are seals on the territory who peek through the windows, it would be necessary to solve the issue with curtains, or to make blinds for the entire window, since if desired, you can see what is happening in the room from the street. Overall, the experience is good, there is Parking, a lake across the street. There are cool tall pine trees on the territory.
