A very beautiful and interesting place! The ticket costs 300 baht, you need to take off your shoes and go to the room where the largest reclining Buddha is located. There is a beautiful garden with sculptures and stupas all around. Highly recommend it!

A huge complex of several temples, very beautiful, I advise you to read about it in advance, otherwise it won't be very clear (I got there by accident, we didn't prepare, immediately after the boat tour, for which we overpaid- it's better to buy at the pier- it's much cheaper)

Wat Pho Temple, located in Bangkok, Thailand, is one of the oldest and most famous Buddhist temples in the country. It was founded in the XVI century, but its current appearance was formed in the XVIII century during the reign of King Rama I. The temple is best known for its huge Reclining Buddha statue, which is 46 meters long and 15 meters high. The statue depicts the Buddha in a pose symbolizing his transition to nirvana. The Buddha is decorated with golden leaves, and his feet are inlaid with colorful mosaics that depict 108 different symbols. Wat Pho is also famous for its architectural grandeur, impressive pagodas and beautiful mosaics. In addition, the temple is a center of traditional Thai medicine and massage. There is a Thai massage school here, where you can learn about ancient healing methods. Wat Pho attracts both tourists and pilgrims who want to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of spirituality and beauty.
