Vatan computer employees consisted of people who communicated very well, solved problems, and were competent officials about their subjects. i have been shopping safely for products such as tablets, phones, TVs from various branches for almost 15 years. However, yesterday at the Vatan Bostancı branch, I encountered an employee who answered the question asked by saying “you were confused during my iPhone buyback process,“ who was quite ill-equipped and/or whose competencies were not complete related to their internal functioning processes due to reasons other than the customer (me), unfortunately, I was not satisfied with communication, the employee who communicated away from respect and kindness to the customer. (I'm not of an appropriate age for the way “you” is addressed, and “I think” should not be used to address customers in this way. it should not be you) I am a veteran in my field and also a communication specialist. My experience so far has definitely been 5 Stars. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience today. I hope that Vatan, as the former Homeland, communication is strong, polite, solution-oriented, competence the level continues its way in a high way. The price of the purchase I made was one star. The reason I gave two stars is because the store official communicated positively with Mr. Mert and listened to my feedback with kindness, thank you for that. I have preferred Vatan Computer for 2 reasons so far. in addition to reaching the technology safely, customer service employees provided service with kindness, knowledge level and smiling face. Unfortunately, I left at the Vatan Bostancı branch without being satisfied. If there is a negative change in the competence and communication level of the staff in the Vatan branches in general, they will have lost a customer.
