I made a purchase, I wanted to return the electric razor even though I never turned it on, they didn't accept it, and fortunately, I was guilty even though the staff never warned when buying, whereas I think the staff should warn, if they don't warn, then they should get a refund anyway, when forced, they only gave the shopping copy for that amount, so to me it's a very bad institution, and the staff who made the refund process is very rude
