Experienced trainers will always help a beginner, and those who have been practicing for a long time are ready to give advice or recommendation in nutrition and training program. Of all the halls I've been to, this one is the best! In addition to a good gym, I want to evaluate the work of coach Sofia. Individual approach, consideration of wishes, productive and working training - it's all about her! The basement is well ventilated, with a large number of simulators and an adequate head coach Andrey. Some time ago, the simulators were replaced and many new ones were added. A worthy place for outdoor activities.

I've only been to this gym once, but I can't say I wouldn't come back again. I liked the simulators. The room itself is quite strange, because it is narrow and long. The only thing I took off the star for was the lack of keys in the lockers, the shower and, in general, no water from the tap.

The basement is stuffy, it is impossible to stay in the summer at all. You shouldn't even go to this gym for free. This room will bring you nothing but irritation and a spoiled mood.

Отличный зал для трени ничего лишнего, много тренажёров, хорошая музыка, обдув, отзывчивый персонал, очень доволен и место удобное.
