Every time I run to get water, she looks at you and addresses you as if you were drowning her cats in the river. You will never hear from her not a good morning, not a good evening. You stand at the counter for 30 seconds to 2 minutes until this lady deigns to pay attention to you and get up from her chair. I left a couple of times without waiting for her to get rid of her "serious business on the phone" and not come up to make the payment. Spoils the whole impression of an already not super good store.
