A very underrated shopping mall. The renovation is good, the Parking is large, the areas are very convenient. I don't really know the rental prices and conditions, but as a customer, I'm satisfied to be there. It's cool that the CULT catering point has appeared nearby, it creates an atmosphere and solves a lot of problems, since there is nothing like it nearby in that area.

A new building, a coffee machine, half of the boxes are closed, prices are lower than in Minsk, clean toilets and corridors. Fill the boxes with tenants - there will be a cozy shopping center.
