Great location, hot water, air conditioning, internet, kettle, TV. Everything is clean and tidy, there is also a balcony, you can sit in the evening. The owner is a great guy, he suggested where the nearest shops, cafes and exchangers are. Everything is within walking distance, you don't even have to start the car, take a walk with a buzz. For this price tag, it's one of the best places I've been, I advise everyone.
