The store seems to be good, but I don't like the work of the 3rd floor. Consultants do nothing but talk to each other, clothes are not hung on hangers, and underwear is not hung according to size, everything is mixed up.

Great store! A mixture of capitalism and socialism. Branded goods, very high quality, dishes are an excellent choice, furniture is also a good choice, chandeliers are excellent, good appliances. There are no queues.

I love this store for its range of products. Respect to the staff! Furniture, clothes, shoes, tableware, perfumes and cosmetics are represented by a wide range for every taste and purse, from different manufacturers. There is always a choice. The staff also provides better service every year. A very good department store!

Overpriced prices, much cheaper in other stores. You can't go in with a stroller because nothing is provided for this. The Halva card is not valid. Lazy consultants who barely walk and do not know the product they are selling. Repairs inside have not been done since the opening. Boring is not interesting, I wanted to say for pensioners, but they will not climb these steps to the third floor either.In a word , the Council of Deputies !!!

The description (model) of the product often does not correspond to what is presented on the showcase. I wanted to buy a fan, scales, etc. and they are "lucky" to stumble upon the wrong model (i.e. the company name is written correctly, but the model is different). Question - how can I find out the characteristics of the product if the store staff is not competent, and it is impossible to find the product on the Internet using an incorrect description?!
