Disgusting service! We bought an air conditioner in early August, promised to deliver it in 3 days! I asked not to be late, as I didn't have to leave for long! They said that a maximum delay of a day is possible! As a result, they did not come on the 5th day! I called, they say -"the system decides, we can't do anything." Rescheduled for next week! A week later, they haven't called yet, they haven't shown up! It was installed extremely unprofessionally! The wall next to the air conditioner was damaged, had to be painted over, fortunately the paint remained after repair. I wake up in the morning, and what I see is a puddle on the laminate floor under the indoor unit! I call the service, I say urgently go fix it, and I get an answer-this is a warranty case, our craftsmen will be able to arrive within 3 days. Not a service, but a nightmare, I do not advise you to take anything from them
